Divorce/Legal Separation

Whether your matter is contested or uncontested, at your direction, we can assist you with the preparation of documents in the following areas: Divorce/Dissolution; Legal Separation; Custody-Visitation-Support Issues and Settlement Agreements; Qualified Domestic Relations Orders “QDRO”.

Trusts/Wills/Amendments

At your specific direction, we offer assistance with the preparation of a full trust package which includes the Revocable Trust, Pour Over Will, as well as other related trust documents, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directives and Property Transfer Documents. We assist with preparation of individual documents as well such as Amendments to Trust, Codicils to Wills and more.

Deed Preparation
